 2 tbsp butter
 2 cups thinly sliced yellow onion (1 large)
 Original French Bread
 1/4 tsp salt
 2 tbsp prepared horseradish cream or sauce
 8 oz thinly sliced cooked beef prime rib
 1 cup fresh baby arugula

Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the French loaf according to the package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.

While the bread is baking, melt butter in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and salt, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring often, until the onions are a deep golden brown.

Once the loaf has cooled, cut it in half crosswise, then split each half horizontally.

Spread 1 tablespoon of horseradish cream on the cut sides of the bottom halves.

Layer each bottom half with half of the prime rib , onions, and arugula, then place the top halves of the loaf on top.
