2 precooked Prime Bavette Steaks , sliced thinly
1 cup chimichurri sauce (store-bought or homemade)
8 small corn tortillas
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced
Fresh cilantro leaves
Lime wedges
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.

In the same skillet, briefly heat the sliced Prime Bavette Steaks until just warmed through.

Place a few slices of steak on each tortilla. Top with red onion slices, avocado slices, and fresh cilantro.

Drizzle chimichurri sauce over the top.
