1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
½ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes (optional for slight heat)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional garnish)
2 chopped green onions
1
Heat butter in a large skillet. Add ham pieces and cook on medium-high until slightly crispy on edges (about 5–7 minutes).
2
Toss in pineapple chunks and cook for 3–4 minutes until lightly caramelized.
3
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, black pepper, and chili flakes.
4
Pour sauce into the skillet. Stir well so everything is coated.
5
Let it cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and becomes sticky and glossy.
6
Turn off heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
