
Heat butter in a large skillet. Add ham pieces and cook on medium-high until slightly crispy on edges (about 5β7 minutes).
Toss in pineapple chunks and cook for 3β4 minutes until lightly caramelized.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, black pepper, and chili flakes.
Pour sauce into the skillet. Stir well so everything is coated.
Let it cook for 8β10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and becomes sticky and glossy.
Turn off heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
