1 pound ground veal
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 cups no sodium beef broth
¾ cup milk
¾ cup heavy cream
8 oz pasta of your favorite shape

Heat olive oil in a large skillet with high sides over medium-high heat.

Add the ground veal along with Seasoning Blend and minced onion; cook until the veal is browned and crumbled.

Once the veal is browned, mix in the cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and sugar. Stir well to combine.

Pour in the beef broth, milk, cream, and pasta; stir to mix everything together.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover the skillet with a lid. Let it simmer, covered, for 9 minutes or until the pasta is tender.

Remove from heat, stir in the cheese until melted and well combined. Serve immediately.
