Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms, cooking and stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add garlic, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, ground mustard, curry powder, and red pepper, continuing to cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine beef, ground veal, sausage, egg, 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, mustard, and teriyaki, mixing gently by hand.
Fold in the mushroom mixture and breadcrumbs.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to a baking dish. Lay bacon slices on top of the loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
While the meatloaf bakes, prepare the glaze by whisking together 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard in a bowl.
Pour the glaze over the loaf and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
