 2 pieces of cooked chicken fried beef steak, cut into thin strips
 1 cup diced tomatoes
 8 small flour or corn tortillas
 1 cup shredded lettuce
 1/2 cup shredded cheese
 1/4 cup sour cream
 1 lime, cut into wedges
 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
 1/4 cup salsa

Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until warm and pliable. Alternatively, you can wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-30 seconds.

Arrange the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, and chopped cilantro in small bowls for easy assembly.

Place a few strips of chicken fried beef steak in the center of each tortilla.
