 2 precooked New York Strip steaks
 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1/2 cup sour cream
  1 tbsp Dijon mustard
 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
 Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
 Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil and season with a little salt.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the precooked new york strip steaks to the skillet and warm them for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until heated through.

Slice the steaks thinly against the grain.

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, horseradish, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread a dollop of horseradish cream on each crostini. Top with a slice of New York Strip steak. Garnish with chopped fresh chives.

You can add a small slice of roasted red pepper or caramelized onion on top of the steak for added flavor. Serve these crostini as an appetizer or as part of a main course with a side salad.
