 1/2 Red Onion diced
 1 Cucumber diced
 3 Tomatoes diced
 1 Jalapeรฑo diced
 1/2 bunch of cilantro
 1/4 Cup of Real Lime Juice
 Juice from one lemon
 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
 Salt and Pepper to Taste
 Hot sauce
 Avocado

Place all the shrimp in a large bowl and pour 1 cup of lime juice over them. Mix well to coat all the shrimp.

Cover the bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour, or until the Mexican Gulf Shrimp are mostly pink.

In a separate bowl, combine the chopped onion, cucumber, tomatoes, jalapeรฑo (adjust amount to taste), and cilantro.

Once the shrimp are marinated, add them to the bowl with the salsa ingredients. Mix everything together gently but thoroughly.

Add Worcestershire sauce to the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze additional lime and lemon juice over the mixture according to your preference.

Mix all the ingredients together until evenly combined.

To serve, spoon the shrimp mixture onto tostadas (crisp tortillas) or tortilla chips.
