 1.5 lbs serves 16 Mexican Gulf Shrimp
 2 tbsp 2 tablespoons olive oil
 1 tbsp Chili powder
 1 tsp Ground cumin
 1 tsp Smoked paprika
 ½ tsp Garlic powder
 ½ tsp Onion powder
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
  8 small corn or flour tortillas
 1 avocado, sliced
 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
 Lime wedges for serving
 Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese
