4 Tilapia precooked
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup sliced kalamata olives
1 Tbsp capers
salt
1/2 lemon sea

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Sauté the onions in the skillet for 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Pour in the wine and add the olives, capers, and tomatoes.

Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.

Place the precooked Tilapia in the center of the skillet with the vegetables.

When plating, squeeze half a lemon over the top of the fish.
