 1 lb Magic Turkey Breast, shredded or sliced thinly
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 1/2 cup diced onions
 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
 4 large flour tortillas
 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
 2 cups shredded cheese
 1 jalapeรฑo, thinly sliced (optional)
 Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for serving

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the diced onions and red bell pepper. Sautรฉ until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the shredded or sliced Magic Turkey Breast to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.

Add half of the turkey mixture evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and jalapeรฑo slices if using.

Add another 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top of the turkey mixture.
Place another tortilla on top.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Use a spatula to press down gently and ensure even cooking.

Remove from skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas and turkey mixture.

Cut each quesadilla into wedges. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on the side.
