Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the pita breads on a baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each pita bread.

Distribute the sliced lamb chops evenly over the tomato sauce.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and crumbled feta cheese over the lamb. Add red onion slices, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
