 4 Chicken Grill Gourmets, cooked and sliced
 1 medium onion, sliced
 1 bell pepper, sliced
 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
 2 cups broccoli florets
 1 cup snap peas
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
 1/4 cup soy sauce
 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
 1 tbsp Honey
 1 tsp sesame oil
 Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
 Green onions, sliced, for garnish (optional)
 Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Prepare all the vegetables and other ingredients as listed.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the broccoli florets and snap peas. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Push the vegetables to the sides of the skillet and add the garlic and ginger to the center. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced Chicken Grill Gourmets to the skillet and mix everything together.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through and everything is well combined.

Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
