 4 large eggs
 4 slices of ham or bacon
 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your choice)
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Butter or oil for cooking

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) bake the croissants for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.

Slice the all butter croissants in half horizontally and let the croissants cool for 5-10 minutes.

Crack one egg into each half of the croissants, making sure to keep the yolk intact. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place a slice of ham or bacon on top of each egg, followed by a slice of cheese.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.

While the sandwiches are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.

Once hot, add the remaining slices of ham or bacon to the skillet and cook until browned and crispy.

Remove the sandwiches from the oven and top each one with a cooked slice of ham or bacon.

Close the sandwiches with the top half of the croissants and serve hot.
