Yields1 Serving
 1 Large lemon
 1.52 lbs steelhead Fillet
 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
 3 Cloves garlic, minced
 ½ tbsp Red pepper flakes
 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

2

Start by halving a lemon, squeezing the juice from one half, and reserving it for later. Slice the remaining half thinly and set aside.

3

In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic, a pinch of red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

4

Sauté until the garlic is fragrant and softened, about a minute. Remove from heat, stir in the reserved lemon juice, and set aside.

5

Lightly oil a large sheet pan and place a steelhead fillet on it.

6

Pour the butter mixture over the fish, then use a pastry brush or the back of a spoon to coat the fillet evenly. Lay the lemon slices on top.

7

Bake the steelhead in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until it's cooked through, easily flaking with a fork, and slightly lightened in color.

8

Once done, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the fish and serve promptly.
