 1 lb Chilean sea bass fillet
 8 Ounces fresh crabmeat
 48 Ounces unsalted butter
 3 Ounces Breadcrumbs
 1 Ounce chopped parsley
 ¼ cup Finely-diced red bell pepper
 ¼ cup Finely-diced yellow bell pepper
 ½ tbsp White pepper
 1 tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
 1 tsp Lemon juice

Whip butter in an electric mixer until it becomes white and fluffy.

Combine crabmeat, parsley, diced red and yellow bell peppers, white pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice until well mixed.

Gradually add breadcrumbs to the mixture while mixing on low speed.

Roll out the crust between parchment paper until it reaches a thickness of about half an inch.

Place a fish fillet on top of the crust and cut the crust to match the fillet's outline.

Transfer the fish and crust to a nonstick baking pan, removing the top layer of parchment paper.
