 2 pounds large Jumbo Raw Shrimp
 ¾ cup fresh lime juice
 5 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
 1 white onion, chopped
 ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 tbsp ketchup
 1 tsp Hot pepper sauce
 salt and pepper to taste
 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
 16 saltine crackers

Place jumbo raw shrimp in a large bowl and pour lime juice over them, stirring to coat.

Let them sit for approximately 5 minutes until the shrimp become opaque, as the lime juice will effectively cook them.

Once the shrimp are opaque, add diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and fresh cilantro to the bowl, mixing until everything is coated with lime juice.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and develop.

After refrigeration, remove the bowl from the fridge and add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring until all ingredients are well combined.

Prepare serving glasses or tumblers. Spoon the shrimp cocktail mixture into the glasses.

Top each serving with diced avocado pieces.
