1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried herbs
5 sprigs of dill

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

Line a baking dish with either foil or parchment paper and place two trout fillets inside.

Combine salt with your preferred spices, then evenly sprinkle this mixture over the trout fillets.

Melt some butter and mix it with chopped garlic, then spread this over the fillets as well. Finely chop some dill and sprinkle it on top of the trout.

Cover the dish with foil or fold over the parchment paper, and bake the trout for 15 minutes.

After this, uncover the trout and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Once done, transfer the fish to a plate and serve with lemon wedges. You may also add extra butter and more chopped dill if desired.
