In a small bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, melted butter, seasoned salt, shallots, garlic, and capers.

In another small bowl, mix together seasoned salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic powder.

Season both sides of the fish fillets with this spice blend.

Place the seasoned alaskan sole on a lightly-oiled large baking pan or dish. Pour the lime mixture over them. Arrange halved green onions and lime slices on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, ensuring not to overcook.

Once done, remove the fish fillets from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh dill.

Serve alongside white rice or roasted potatoes and a simple Mediterranean salad.
