 2 Flat Iron Steaks
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 1 green bell pepper, sliced
 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 1 yellow onion, sliced
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tsp Ground cumin
 1 tbsp Chili powder
 1 tsp Paprika
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Juice of 1 lime
 8 small flour tortillas
 shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped cilantro (optional for toppings)

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Rub the flat iron steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, ground cumin, and paprika.
