In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken wings meat, softened cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
