 1 Bavette steak
 8 oz (225g) Bavette pasta or pasta of your choice
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Cook the Bavette pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the cooked Bavette steak slices to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Toss in the cooked pasta, chopped fresh parsley, and chopped fresh basil. Stir to combine, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
